This is the first time I’ve recorded a Christmas message, but there’s a lot to address this year – and this Christmas will be different all round.

After today, Norwich and Norfolk will enter Tier 4. I know this will be a disappointment to many, but we have to keep in mind that the main reason for this move is to save people’s lives.
