I wrote to the government about the Parliamentary Ombudsman’s recommendations on compensation to 1950s born women affected by state pension changes. I have been a long-time supporter of the Women Against State Pension Inequality (WASPI) campaign.
It’s estimated that more than 50,000 women across Norfolk are affected, and I welcome the government’s decision to review its initial decision on this issue.
