I wrote to the government to ask them to confirm if they have done a human rights impact assessment of the draft guidance issued by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
I also tabled two Written Parliamentary Questions on this matter (UIN 83292 and UIN 88732). In the responses I received to these questions, the government did not confirm whether such an assessment had been done.
