I have joined Labour Members of Parliament to write to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to express our serious concerns regarding the EHRC’s consultation on the Code of Practice for services, public functions and associations, following the Supreme Court’s ruling in For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers.

In our letter, we have highlighted that the process and substance of this consultation raise significant issues for Parliament, service providers and the communities we represent.
