Appearing on BBC politics live, I was asked what I thought about Suella Braverman’s speeding.

I said that I believe this represents a deeper issue, often recurring in our politics.

The public now see the political class as people don’t live by the same rules, this significantly undermines our democracy.

This issue can also be extended to the water companies pumping out sewage, or energy companies forcing meters into the homes of the most vulnerable.
