In my appearance on ITV Anglia I raised the issue of the NHS crisis being indicative of a wider context, where for the last 12 years the Government have failed to adequately fund areas of preventative healthcare.
We unfortunately paid a price for this during the COVID pandemic, with Norfolk County Council having had £1 billion worth of cuts since 2010. This will only worsen the difficulties the NHS face in this difficult winter.
