Progressive alliances are starting to happen up and down the country. Party leaderships and bureaucracies should encourage, not block, their own voters’ clear wishes for progressives across parties to work together to get the Tories out.
As I told Left Foot Forward, for me, this is about how we get out of our party-political silos and start to forge a consensus politics which is able to take on big finance, big capital, the crisis of democracy, and the climate and ecological crisis.
