After such a difficult year with the Covid-19 pandemic, nurses rightly deserve a 15% pay rise alongside other health care workers. They also deserve to be in a workplace that has the tools, resources, staffing, and training, that puts every nurse in the best position to treat and care for patients. That means the Government has to stop systematcially underfunding the NHS.
