Today I participated in the  Norfolk Chambers of Commerce 2021 Big Debate, where I spoke on a panel about Rebuilding our Economy.

We need a long term plan for an integrated recovery which includes the right level of support for our city centres. People in Norwich need to have confidence in our city. That means feeling that the city centre is safe, having money in their pockets, and making the heart of the city a place that people want to be. Creating a healthy and flourishing local economy is the key to unlocking a national recovery from Covid-19.
