We have written to Homelessness Minister explaining that the current measures, in the form of the Protect Programme, fall short of the support that people experiencing homelessness need.

Although some local authoriuties have commendably restarted the scheme with the funding they have, whether or not you have a roof over your head shouldn’t be decided by a postcode lottery. There must be a nationwide effort with leadership from Government to provide shelter to everyone who needs it.
