Misogyny should not be tolerated in our society. It is a root cause of many forms of violence and can destroy lives. Recording incedences of misogyny would not only help stop its normalisation, but the resulting dataset should help us better understand women’s experiences of violence and the influence of misogyny on incidences of domestic abuse.
