Clive Lewis For Norwich South

It was great to (virtually) meet with NR5 Helping Hands this afternoon to learn more about the fantastic work they’re doing to support the local community.
Thank you to everyone involved – and to all those supporting other, similar projects around the city – for your time and dedication. This is undoubtedly helping to make sure people don’t go hungry, and helping to keep vulnerable individuals safe during these worrying times.
The group are currently recruiting new volunteers to support the increased demand for their services. New requests for food parcels and prescriptions are coming in every day.

There are lots of ways to get involved, and most are flexible around you and your commitments. At the moment, they’re especialy in need of drivers to devlier food parcels on Fridays – as well as runners and admin team members.
