Despite all the chaos of parliament this week, my ‘School Funding in East Anglia’ debate was still able to take place in Westminster Hall. Thank you to all those MPs in the region who turned up and contributed.

Just a few days earlier, Boris Johnson had announced an extra £14bn for schools in England between 2020 and 2023. During the debate, I made it clear that this is a one-off election bribe and won’t fully resolve the issues.
