Last week I attended an event in Westminster to discuss the current issues around Childcare and Early Education in Norwich. While it is great that some 3 and 4 year olds are able to receive 30 hours funded childcare, this scheme is still chronically under-funded by the government, often leaving childcare providers, or parents, to pick up the bill. I want to work in Parliament to ensure that every child in Norwich South is able to access a high quality early education, and that has to start with proper investment.
