Contacting my constituency office
Currently, me and my office staff are following official guidance and working from home.
If you need medical information about Coronavirus (including advice on staying at home if you have symptoms and how to avoid catching and spreading coronavirus), please visit this regularly updated page on the NHS website: www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19. If you have a wider query about Coronavirus, please do check the ‘useful links’ above to see if there are any resources there to help you or answer your question.
Incoming emails to my casework and parliamentary email accounts will be received and read, however – given the large volume of casework we’re currently recieving, and some of the limitations imposed by staff working at home – we will need to prioritise urgent, constituency casework. We tend to categorise these as involving safeguarding issues, homelessness or deportation. In these cases, email or call 01603 510755. My staff will listen to messages and return calls if urgent.
If your issue is a local one, try contacting your local councillors through https://www.writetothem.com/ or contacting the Citizens Advice Bureau at https://citizensadvice.org.uk . If you are enquiring about national issues then please check this website, my social media (facebook.com/labourclivelewis – you don’t need a Facebook account to view this page) or the local/national press.
