Laura Trevelyan is the descendant of an enslaver, and I’m the descendant of people in Grenada enslaved by Laura’s relative. We came together to illuminate a brutal episode in world history and raise awareness of the need for reparatory justice.

After centuries of exploitation, the British Empire left the Caribbean with nothing. Our campaign for reparatory justice is about rectifying that mistake.
