This week I had the privilege to speak at and attend the book launch of ‘Badvertising’ written by Andrew Simms and Leo Murray at the Louis Marchesi in Norwich.

The book ‘Badvertising’ uncovers the devastating psychological, social, and environmental costs of advertising. I got to speak with members of the audience and asked Leo his thoughts on whether there is a version of capitalism that doesn’t destroy the planet.

Leo Murray is an activist, animator, policy wonk and social entrepreneur, and is co-founder and director of innovation at the climate action charity Possible.

Andrew Simms is the author of many books including The New Economics, Tescopoly and Cancel the Apocalypse. He has been a frequent contributor to both the Guardian and BBC.

Thank you to the incredible The Book Hive in Norwich for organising this event.
