Clive Lewis For Norwich South
The cost of living crisis means that so many in our community are living precariously. Yet the Government has decided to rush through visa application fee increases that are well above inflation – including a 15% increase for most work and visit visas, and a 35% increase for a student visa application.
I have co-sponsored a motion to have this huge increase in visa application fees rejected. This change will have a devastating impact on people who have to come to live, work, and study in Norwich and rely on a visa to do so.
