I was delighted to visit Chapel Break Infant School on Friday, where I met with Headteacher Sara Johnston and Chair of Governors Ian Prior to find out more about this ‘Outstanding’ school. Among other topics, we talked about education and SEND funding. It was also an absolute pleasure to meet some of the pupils and hear from them about their experience here.

Chapel Break have worked really hard and imaginatively to provide an inclusive, holistic education for all pupils. A perfect example of this, which I was particularly impressed by, was a video produced by year one students (with some help from some wonderful staff!) on the theme of climate change.
