Christmas 2021: where to turn to for help
I hope everyone has as safe and enjoyable a Christmas as possible in these challenging times.
My office will be closed between Christmas and the new Year, but a number of other local and national services are available if you need help or support. These are listed below.

- If you are struggling over the Christmas period and would like to speak with someone, Samaritans’ listening service is there, whatever you’re going through. You can call them for free on 116 123 or email email@example.com.
- If you are experiencing domestic abuse, Leeway Domestic Violence and Abuse Services can provide support. Call 0300 561 0077 for free, confidential advice.
