This is my comment in full:
“This should be really clear. We’re talking about persistent problems with water system infrastructure. Anglian Water – the clue’s in the name – should deal with it, not dodge responsibility for it. It’s frustrating in so many ways, and because water companies are such ineffectually regulated private monopolies, it’s not like we can go elsewhere to get it sorted out.”
