There is a crisis of SEND provision in Norfolk, with affected families and children often caught at the sharp end of services and education being underfunded.

I caught up with Kirsti, a SEND campaigner and affected parent, who I have worked with for many years through SEND Reform England to discuss what issues parents and children need the government to act on.
