On Friday, I visited the NR5 Community Hub’s social event held at the Cadge Road Community Centre.
The Centre is part of the Henderson Trust, aiming to deliver services and activities in Norwich, making it a better place to live for many.
I had a chat with this wonderful friendship group who meet every week to share food and simply enjoy each other’s company.
In my perspective, it is more than a social gathering- it is a lifeline. It nurtures our mental well-being, encourages positive interactions, and helps us build the confidence to face everyday challenges.
