Glad to have attended this year’s Norwich City of Ale festival, where over 59 city pubs and 32 local breweries have come together for a whole month to put on display what makes Norwich the country’s ‘city of ale’.

This is an excellent example of of how local businesses can come together to provide an excellent experience for everyone, allowing people to explore the city of Norwich, all whilst enjoying the produce of local breweries in Norfolk and Suffolk.

City of Ale highlights how people come together to overcome difficulty. Pubs and breweries in Norwich and across the UK have suffered at the hands of Covid and our cost of living crisis. But this event demonstrates the power of local communities in Norwich, celebrating the achievements of local businesses, all at the same time as providing an excellent event for all to enjoy.
