On BBC Daily Politics recently, I argued that we need huge investment in both physical and ‘human infrastructure’ to tackle the climate/environment crisis and to create jobs and prosperity in the wake of Covid. I also said that there’s no excuse to not make that investment because the government’s response to the pandemic shows clearly they can provide the financial resources if the political will is there.
