I was out last night with the Norwich Nelson Ward Labour Party team, knocking on doors and talking to residents on Winter, Helena and Connaught Roads. Thank you to everyone who signed my petition against cuts to care services, and discussed their local and national issues with me or a member of the team.

It was brilliant to be joined by a big group of volunteers, including several who had never canvassed before. This is a great time to get involved and get active in The Labour Party: a General Election could be just around the corner, and we have important work to do in Norwich. We need to hold Norwich South, and also make sure Karen Davis – Labour Parliamentary Candidate for Norwich North becomes the next Labour MP for Norwich North.
