Say NO to parking unfairness at Earlham House

no_to_parking_unfairness.png

Signs have appeared at Earlham House stating that there will be a charge to use the carpark from "around the 1st June 2017". These charges threaten the livelihood and existence of local shops, and places more parking pressure on nearby streets where it's already difficult for residents to park. To find out more and get updates on the situation visit/like the campaign Facebook page: 'Say NO to parking unfairness at Earlham House'.

Support our local traders, and sign our petition against these charges:

Laura Moschakis.

have appealed many fines when parking in a blue badge bay with a valid badge. Have just paid another 100 fine as i left my sick child in the car rather than wake her and take her to the P.O.

parking fees would cause loss of customers and income to the local shops and community spirit would disappear.

This will drive away business from the small community shops, the post office and the co-op. We’d like to carry on supporting these local businesses but the parking charge and the short time period when you won’t be charged (which is only 10 minutes) is a significant deterrent

This would put myself and many others off from accessing local shops.
