My letter to East of England Ambulance Trust Chief Executive

This is my letter to Robert Morton, Chief Executive of the East of England Ambulance Service Trust, in light of the information I obtained from a whistleblower regarding ambulance wait times in the second half of December. Find out more by watching the video of when I raised this in parliament earlier in the week: https://goo.gl/Jw7gfU

In this letter, I ask a series of questions to ascertain how and why this situation occurred - and, vitally, how it can be prevented in the future. I've also submitted a series of FOI requests, but I hope senior management agree to act immediately rather than wait for these to be processed. Finally, I've submitted written parliamentary questions to the Department of Health and Social care, which can be viewed here: https://goo.gl/a8vsCh
